An hour and a half in your home tailored to you and your baby’s current needs. During this time I will do a thorough feeding assessment, discuss with you your feeding goals, weigh baby if necessary and together we can decide on a ongoing achievable plan.

Ante Natal Workshops
One to one or group sessions covering all things breastfeeding from what is going on inside your body, what to expect initially, latching and positions and breastfeeding beyond the first week.
Flange fitting service
Pumping breastmilk can be stressful; using the correct flange size significantly impacts both milk output and comfort. A properly fitted flange should be so comfortable that it is barely noticeable during pumping. During a flange fitting appointment, I will visit your home to measure and fit your breast pump flange, optimizing efficiency, milk expression, and comfort.
Mum and baby group- Rhiwbina
A cosy, safe space where you can receive expert feeding support from a certified lactation consultant or simply relax with a pastry and some well-earned downtime alongside other local mums. Designed for younger babies but some toys and books provided for the older ones.
