A little bit about me.

Hi, I'm Zoe.

I'm a mum to two wonderful girls, aged one and three, a Registered Children's Nurse, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) living in Cardiff, South Wales.

For the past eight years, I've worked as a neonatal nurse, supporting newborn babies and their families through some of the most important and challenging moments of early parenthood. During this time, I've gained extensive clinical experience and specialist training in newborn care, infant feeding and family-centred support.

Like many parents, my own breastfeeding journey wasn't straightforward. I experienced several feeding challenges with both of my girls, and I know first-hand how overwhelming and exhausting those early weeks can feel. Those experiences inspired me to train as an IBCLC, so that I could provide evidence-based, compassionate support to other families navigating their own feeding journeys.

My goal is to help families across South Wales and beyond feel confident, supported and empowered to achieve their individual feeding goals. Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival, experiencing breastfeeding challenges, combination feeding, expressing, or simply looking for reassurance, I'm here to support you without judgement. Every family is different, and together we'll find an approach that works for you and your baby.

When I'm not caring for little ones or supporting families with infant feeding, you'll usually find me outdoors. I love spending time in nature with my camera, capturing beautiful moments, or by taking part in some kind of run, cycle or water sports.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you through this special chapter of your family's story.
